C++ Developer wanted,

A new junior level person is needed to assists with Testing, Debugging, Development and Commissioning of the a recently released software product.





Must preferably be local to the Greenville, South Carolina area (no relocation is offered).

Must be diligent, systematic and able to communicate well both verbally and written. (Candidates must have clear English writing and speaking skills not requiring repeating during rapid English conversation.)

Must be prepared to travel at times.

The ability to work cooperatively within an existing team is an absolute must.





Solid foundation in C++ on the Windows platform (Preferably Microsoft C++ and MFC ).

Solid coding skills.

Working knowledge of Database Development using SQL (preferably MYSQL).

Ability to perform integrated software testing and identify issues. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and implement solutions.

Solid testing and debugging skills with the ability to execute and document test procedures.

Must be willing to assist in the creation of test plans.

Experience with customer support and training.

Experience of Source Control System.

Knowledge of network operation including Sockets and TCP/IP.

Knowledge of real-time multi-threaded applications.

Experience working with Intel or AMD based PC Hardware platforms.

Knowledge of Remote Procedure Calls (RPC) a bonus.

Experience of video and video compression systems a plus

If contract how long?

It's a permanent position.

Salary is negotiable, depending on experience and suitability, but market related
